COVID-19 lgG/IgM Rapid Test Cassette

The COVID-19 IgG/IgM Rapid Test Cassette is a lateral flow immunoassay designed for the qualitative detection of IgG and IgM antibodies to the SARS-CoV-2 virus in whole blood, serum or plasma specimens from individuals suspected of COVID-19 infection by their healthcare provider. The test is intended to be used at clinical laboratories or by healthcare workers at the point -of-care, not for home use. The test shoul for screening of donated blood.

Test Procedure Steps

Wash your hand when the test end.

Open the aluminum foil pouch of the test cassette, place the test cassette and pasteur pipette on a flat surface.

Disinfect the subject's finger with an alcohol cotton sheet.

Pull out the cap and place the blood collection needle at the finger, then press it to prick the finger.

Remove the pasteur pipette and collect 20p1 (about 2 drops) serum/plasma or 30pL (about 3 drops) whole blood/fingertip whole blood sample.

And then immediately add 30μL (about 1 drop) sample diluent to the sample hole of the test cassette.

Read the displayed result within 15-20 minutes. The result read after 20 minutes is invalid.

Dispose of all test items in the disposal bag provided. Throw away all used test kit components in the trash.

Wash your hand when the test end.

Interpretation of the results

Positive	Negative	Invalid
If ther are color bands on the test line(T)and quality control line(C),the result is positive.	If only the quality control line (C) develops color and the test line(T) does not develop color, the result is negative.	Re-test and call +86-571-81957782 or +86-18868123757 for further assistance.
